Inn at
213 Seventeen Mile Drive - Policies
Room
rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person is
$30. Room rates are exclusive of tax and are subject to change.
A
two-night stay may be required on weekends; holidays and special
events may require a three-night stay.
A
deposit in full is expected at the time of reservation for stays of two
days or less. On longer stays, a deposit of the first two days
is required. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.
There is no refund for early check outs.
Cancellations
will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., 72 hours prior to your stay.
There is a $25 cancellation fee. Some event weekends and holidays
may require a cancellation up to 14 days in advance.
Cancellations after the specified deadline will result in the
forfeiture of your entire deposit.
A
chef-prepared full breakfast is served daily from 8-10 a.m.
Wine
and Hors d'oeuvres are served daily from 5:30-7 p.m. (adults
only, please).
The
Inn at 213 Seventeen Mile Drive is a non-smoking Inn.
We
offer family-friendly accommodations especially
designated for this purpose. Please ask about policies when booking your stay.
There is a $30/night charge for each additional guest 12 years
of age or older.
Check
in: After 3:00 p.m.
Check out: 11:30 a.m. Late Check-outs will be charged
additional fees.
If arriving after 7:00 p.m., please call to make
arrangements.
