The Inn at 213 offers a wealth of amenities and services. Each of our 14 spacious guest rooms - named in honor of the birds that frequent the Monterey Bay shoreline - feature a queen or king-sized bed with down comforters, a private bathroom appointed with non-allergenic products, television with cable, telephone with data port, robes, and bottled water. Room rates include complimentary afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres (for adults only, please) plus a full chef prepared breakfast each morning. The Inn provides an ADA-room for guests with disabilities. For additional guests, a rollaway bed is available upon request in selected rooms only.

ROOMS IN THE MAIN HOUSE

Each can accommodate 1 or 2 adults.  Children are not accommodated in any of the rooms in the Manor House.
Blue Heron

A spacious bay view suite with French doors and a balcony overlooking the garden. Elegant oriental rugs appoint this light-filled room which features a king-sized brass bed.
Sanderling

Sit at the window table for two with a view of the Monterey bay or enjoy the handsome 1920’s décor of the queen sized room.
Turnstone

A large bay view room with windows on all sides, even the bath has a view of the ocean. Bright Oriental rugs enhance the rich fabrics of a queen-sized four poster bed.
Sandpiper

A cozy light room with a queen-sized bed. Decorated with Charles Rennie Mackintosh in mind, it has a large bathroom with tub/shower.
Avocet

Elegant subtle Oriental style room in reds, cream and black, enhanced by a balcony that overlooks the garden. A king-sized bed.
Plover
 
This bright queen bedroom is decorated with the monarch butterfly in mind. It has a view of the garden and a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower.
Pied Stilt
    
A cozy queen-sized room, decorated in mission style, with area rugs and a décor of soft lavender, green, and cream.
The Pelican Cottage

Bordered by roses, this private cottage is tucked in the garden.
The king bed is decorated in subtle florals. Cozy corner fireplace and sitting area.

Whimbrel

With Navajo rugs, pottery, and a comfortable leather sofa, the room has a queen bed and southwestern motif. Can sleep 4.
Osprey

Sea otter pictures reflect the blue and green décor in this redwood room, which has a queen bed and period furniture. French doors lead to a private garden.
(One of our most romantic rooms!)
Curlew

This light, spacious room has a queen sleeper sofa and a queen bed, plus a single day bed. A small kitchen area and microwave allow for light refreshments. Enjoy a deck beneath arbor of a native oak. (Sleeps five)
Surf Scooter

Original redwood throughout with French doors and paned windows The brass queen bed complements the warm décor.
Shearwater

A spacious light room with a queen bed, plus a single bed, decorated in sunny florals with white washed cane furniture. Sleeps 3
Guillemot

Our most spacious room with high vaulted ceilings in original rich redwood (1928), fireplace and extensive brass, including the king bed contributes to the nautical motif. Can accommodate 3 adults

Inn at 213 Seventeen Mile Drive - Policies

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person is $30. Room rates are exclusive of tax and are subject to change.

A two-night stay may be required on weekends; holidays and special events may require a three-night stay.

A deposit in full is expected at the time of reservation for stays of two days or less. On longer stays, a deposit of the first two days is required. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted. There is no refund for early check outs.

Cancellations will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., 72 hours prior to your stay. There is a $25 cancellation fee. Some event weekends and holidays may require a cancellation up to 14 days in advance. Cancellations after the specified deadline will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.

A chef-prepared full breakfast is served daily from 8-10 a.m.

Wine and Hors d'oeuvres are served daily from 5:30-7 p.m. (adults only, please).

The Inn at 213 Seventeen Mile Drive is a non-smoking Inn.

We offer family-friendly accommodations especially designated for this purpose. Please ask about policies when booking your stay.  There is a $30/night charge for each additional guest 12 years of age or older.

Check in: After 3:00 p.m.
Check out: 11:30 a.m. Late Check-outs will be charged additional fees.
If arriving after 7:00 p.m., please call to make arrangements.
